Educational quality indicators

Educational quality is defined as “the integrative harmonization of the different elements that compose it: efficiency in achieving an excellent service, good or object, through efficient processes, satisfactory for both direct and indirect recipients, as well as for the staff of the organization in charge of achieving it”.
  1. Professional leadership. The management of the management team and the teaching staff aims to achieve a high educational quality, being those responsible for setting the goals to be followed and adopting measures so that they are carried out, inspiring and motivating teachers, promoting the values of the center and enable communication channels with families.

  2. Values and objectives. as people linked to the center (teachers, students, families ...) we share the principles on which the institution is based and we believe in the objectives they pursue, obtaining high satisfaction in the results.

  3. Learning environment. Both students and teachers have an educational environment, both physically and psychologically, positive, calm and pleasant.

  4. Levels of demand. Existence of an adequate level of expectations, promoting student performance and improving their self-esteem.

  5. Acknowledgments. We reward and encourage those members of the educational community who have excelled in their academic performance or help, reinforcing the commitment of these people, in order to overcome new challenges.

  6. Individualized monitoring. We have a program to supervise the individual evolution of the students.

  7. Autonomy of the students. For our children to develop a sense of responsibility. Therefore, from the management team we seek the balance point that encourages the personal development of the students, without over-supervision that prevents the autonomy of our students.

  8. Usefulness of teaching. With content planning with a defined and practical objective, so that students understand the meaning of what they have learned.

  9. Continuous evolution. Our teachers remain in constant training. At Saint Luis School we reorganize our structure to better adapt to the needs of the educational community, incorporating innovative projects to our institution.

  10. Family participation. Finally, in order to achieve optimal educational quality, we consider it essential to facilitate the collaboration of parents around their children's learning.
